Parking lot needs significant cleaning!!! Abandoned equipment collecting dust, cracked countertops, and non-functional safe suggest urgent maintenance is necessary!!! Also, the exercise room equipment looks like it hasn't been touched in years!!!

The staff was friendly and the location convenient, but the hotel definitely needs a serious update. The rooms felt a bit worn, with some lingering odors, and the cleanliness left something to be desired. Just be prepared for a budget experience.

So my partner and I stayed for two nights in a King Room Non-Smoking and honestly, it was an interesting time. The staff really tried hard to accommodate us, especially when we needed a late check-in and they did everything possible to make it happen.

It wasn't exactly cheap but it was still acceptable.

the bathroom fixtures were very clean, and the bed sheets felt fresh. it was nice to get extra towels when i asked for them. the hotel is also conveniently located close to knoxville, making it easy to explore. the staff were super nice and welcoming!

The wi-fi was solid, loved the clean rooms and that there’s a pool, even if it was closed. Plus, the free breakfast on weekends blew my mind! Waffles all day!

The overall atmosphere felt unsafe due to questionable activity both inside and around the property. Staff were friendly and accommodating, but that couldn't overshadow the concerns regarding hygiene and safety.

Request a room away from the front for a quieter experience. the lobby can get busy and noisy at times.
